CANCELLATION POLICY

As Violet Hill Studio becomes increasingly busy, the comfort, quality of service, and overall experience during your visit continue to be of the highest priority. Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may result in delays or require changes to our schedules. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms of the updated cancellation policy.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION

Appointment times are limited, and to be considerate of my time and the needs of other clients, I respectfully request 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You may contact me to provide notice of cancellation by text, email, or by filling out the form on the Contact and Location page.

CANCELLATION FEE

Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time, or appointments missed without cancelling, will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% the cost of the reserved services. Cancellation fees can be transferred to annah@violethillstudio.com in order to reserve future appointments. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be waved.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the start of your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to accommodate your appointment, particularly if the delay will impact the service quality and experience of you and/or other clients. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. Your service will be rescheduled for the next available time that is convenient to you.

Online Booking Information

Upon booking online, I’ll need to confirm your appointment to ensure I have enough time booked, so please be on the lookout for your confirmation! 

NEW GUESTS

Due to my clientele being full greater than my capacity, I’m currently not taking on any new clients. Please add yourself to my new client wait list and I’ll contact you once more space opens up! Here is the wait list form.

WAIT LIST & EXISTING GUESTS

If I don’t have any available appointment slots for your desired timeframe, please add yourself to the waitlist. I check it a couple times a day and things often end up working out.
